    No, but I have been doing her 30 day shred and it is a good 20 minute workout. Let me know how this one goes, I am interested! Keep it up!

    I do her Ripped in 30 days - and let me tell you, it is hard!

    I don't follow the instructions though, I don't do it daily - more like 1-2x a week and I do other activities and exercise too. I just started crossfit for example.
