Oh my gosh....I am starving today.

Hi all...

I am almost at my 6 month bandiversary. I feel I have done really well and am happy. My concern is that for the past 2 days I have been absolutely starving. Not head hunger either. The tummy has been growling like crazy. I have been trying to drink more Water between meals but that isn't helping. I haven't changed exercise patterns and I am trying to make sure it is Protein, protein, protein. I don't need a fill as I am pretty restricted. I was just wondering what everyone else does when the real hunger hits. Not like we can eat a whole lot anyway. I just want to find something that I can do. The doc did give me a prescription for phentermine so this must be a normal occurence.

Any good tricks to fool the hunger?

Any advice from fellow bandsters that have taken phentermine to suppress the appetite?

Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom you share.

Hugs.

I become ravenous three days before my period and stay that way until my period starts. There's nothing I can do but try to eat healthy. I do eat more during that time, but so far it has not caused weight gain. I definitely don't lose during that time though!
