I failed my Christmas challenge big time. I still weigh 144 lbs and I did a lot of making fudge for Christmas and have eaten it. My addiction to sugar is killing me. LOL....Now it's time to get back on track with healthy eating habits. I have an appointment with my NUT in January so perhaps that will help me get back on track. :)

Well I did actually make my revised goal weight before Christmas but the day before Christmas I had food that was very high in sodium and I retained two pounds of Water so I actually GAINED weight in Christmas! I was 323 right before then 325 after!! I was so angry because 323 was my goal. But good news I weighed today and its all gone and I'm down another pound 322! Ill take it :)

Well I didn't make my Christmas goal. I'm quite bummed about it. My goal was 6 pounds for the 5 weeks before Christmas. I only lost 4. I've been in a stall for 3 weeks now, sigh.... I've given up hope :(

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
