Has anyone been banded in NC? If so, who was doctor? Can you share info? Thanks

I have Dr. Voellinger of Southeast Bariatrics. He did mine lap so no open wound. Was in the hsopital two days and felt great after a week. They are in Charlotte and he is very familiar with the lap band.

I had my surgery w/ Dr. McMahon at Duke. He is no longer with the practice, but Dr. DeMaria is doing their lap bands now. I can tell you that he is a good doctor. I have had my band for 2 years and not lost any weight until Dr. DeMaria did my adjustment, now I've lost almost 50 pounds and I'm still loosing. I had lots of problems at first with Dr. McMahon, but things are better now. You can PM me if you'd like more details.
