What Policy Do You Have With Bcbstx Where You Were Approved?

Hi there so i guess this would be my official first post :) so i just started a new job with a small company and was pretty stoked to know they offered bcbstx since i have seen so many approvals on here lately. HOWEVER looks like my deductible is $7500!!! So I am looking into possibly getting an individual policy but i want to know which ones specifically cover this surgery. Can anyone help me out? Thank you in advance!!
