What's the longest they last? It's been a month????

I am 7 months post op lost 43 lbs....but suddenly i am stopped its been this way for about a month i upped my protein but not sure whats going on here. Im scared im going to be stuck at 200 lbs. Im 27 5'5 now sure what to do I have incorporated more working out now but damn. Im embarrassed to only have lost 43 at 7 months out...

I had surgery on jan 18th and am down 21 lbs can't wait to see what another 5 weeks will do!

to those concerned with how i am feeling thank you for your support...to the others shaking their heads at me...get off my thread i did not come here to be bullied and shamed for making a mistake and i seriously doubt im the first person to eat something off their nutrition list. I made a mistake learned from it and wont do it again but this does not make you better than me for following your guidelines to the T...im also pretty sure that the reason we all had this surgery is because we do STRUGGLE with food so please a little less criticism and a little more support would be greatly appreciated

Well guys I did make myself throw up but it didn't help..I had to ride it out...I got sleeved in mx they gave me a list and I didn't see rice on there but learned my lesson BIG TIME

I'm 20 days postop and had some curry with white rice earlier....omg this pain is unbelievable!!! I'm writing to you guys from the floor of my bathroom on my phone..its finally settling but its like extreme gas pains times 1000! I'm like do I throw up?? Do I have to go to the bathroom?? I can't lie down bc that makes it worse..walking seemed to make it worse too..finally the only reliefi got was being slumped over on my knees over my toilet for the last 20 min..good Lord tell me this has happened to u guys please!

Yup first day suuuucks totally normal keep walking sister it gets better. The pain meds don't kill the gas pains

thanks guys! i know im just impatient it is only week two and its not like i havent seen any progress...just eager for that big drop

i know i know everyones body is different but i guess i am just impatient. I am 13 days post op and have tried not to weigh myself in fear of becoming this way...i feel like im hungrier more and it seems like im eating more since i have to eat throughout the day...i dunno...im 13 pounds down but im sure the all yogurt diet and being on all liquids has helped that..i dont know guys im so scared this isnt going to work..help i need some reassurance!

I know chicken broth and I assume it needs to be low sodium but does anyone have any SPECIFIC recommendations?? Im having surgery Friday and want to order some ahead of time to have it all ready. Also what about clear protein? what kind?

Hey guys so my surgery date is Fri and bc of all the weight I've gained the last few months just walking hurts my back A LOT if I do it for extended periods of time. I know we have to walk frequently to prevent blood clots but has anyone else struggled with this? Is there an alternative exercise?

I totally feel the same way amytug..im already dying now so if I die there trying to make a positive change then so be it..but from what I ve heard and read that's not the case usually

hey guys so i am in the process of speaking with Trish to get everything set up but I of course am worried about the financing situation. I have pretty bad credit so I don't even know if I will be approved or not but I just got a much higher paying job recently? Do any of you other Ponce Patients have bad credit that got financed?

Hi there so i guess this would be my official first post so i just started a new job with a small company and was pretty stoked to know they offered bcbstx since i have seen so many approvals on here lately. HOWEVER looks like my deductible is $7500!!! So I am looking into possibly getting an individual policy but i want to know which ones specifically cover this surgery. Can anyone help me out?
