How Think Can Our Week 1 Protein Be?

Just wondering because the dr said milk based was ok but then the hospital said no.

Tried a Protein shot and hated it. I absolutely can not eat anything I hate. My stomach throws it up so it has to be bearable.

My program said the first 14 days must be thin enough to pass through a straw. But, Not to use a straw because it causes gas.

Thanks. That's helpful. I've been drinking skim milk which helps some.

I looked up more details. Non fat milk has 12 g carbs and you are supposed to keep carbs to under 40 grams a day for the first 2 weeks. So keep that in mind with the milk. You will get through this. Keep up the good work.
