  6. Try partying without food .... Bowling, movies, skating, anything that doesn't revolve around eating but where you can still have a good time.

  8. What are you doing to stay successful?
  9. So true. Stay vigilant and get those last few pounds off. It helps to have someone to keep you on track. It's so easy to think gaining a pound or two is OK especially when everyone telling you not to lose anymore weight.
  10. Great thread. Has me me motivated with the tools I need to relose 44 lbs.

  13. It's really hard. I'm 2 years post op and have gained back weight. Try to stay focused on healthy eating and not overeating. The creep is real and it's much harder to take it off the second time around (at least for me).
  14. I would love to be in touch with some 2013 sleevers. I'm committed to getting back on track. HW: 240 LW: 135.5 CW: 179 Open to anyone willing to recommit with me. Need all the support and tips I can get.

  16. Walmart also sells the Premier Protein RTD shakes and bars in smaller quantities than Sam's if you want to sample them first.

  21. I had the same thing. I'm two years out this month and am up 23 lbs (was 26). It's been very slow losing it and hard to stay focused but I'm getting there. Anyone know how many grams of protein/calories we should have at this stage of the game?

  23. I've been working to lose 25 pounds I've regained. I've been at the same weight for three days. It's not long but it feels like forever. One thing I'm trying to do is look at the non-scale victories. In my log in addition to weight loss there was a column to list non-scale victories. This was very helpful during my dry spells whether 2 days or two weeks. The key is doing better for the long run. Non scale victories this week - Feeling slimmer Free from the guilt of overeating Healthier due to increased exercise Better control over my actions (not eating out of impulse)

  27. This is a lifelong journey. Don't be too discouraged. Stalls are natural but keep doing what you are suppose to do and your body will continue to lose. Be sure you are at least walking, taking your supplements and getting the protein needed.
