Worried The Weight Won't Come Off

I had surgery 10/10 and have lost 22 lbs. As I add full liquids I am scared I am going to gain weight and that the weight will not come off very quickly. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice to offer?

My experience was I lost 20 the first 4 weeks then had a 2 and a half week stall. I posted my concern and everyone, I mean everyone, told me its normal and to have patience because the weight will come off. And well, by the end of that week- I started to lose again. I really feel it would be impossible to NOT lose weight unless you have a hidden medical issue keeping you from it.

I think our bodies start to panic that we are in starvation mode and they hang onto the fat/weight. I was sleeved 10/3 and had a stall for abt a week. I kept tryn to add more water and one more protein shake. this helped. I've lost 20 pounds total from pre and post surgery!
