Can someone explain to me why we aren't supposed to eat 20 min before or after a meal? Is it just so we don't get full and not eat? or is there a safety medical reason? Thanks!

I used obesity control center with dr. ariel. he had been in Newsweek and I really really liked him and his staff. He was wonderful and I had no issues at all. He is in Tj.

it felt like I had done several hundred sit ups for a few days. not really painful more like muscle sore. I haven't had any issues yet. all has gone well, good luck! it is a big step but goes by quickly and easily.

I think our bodies start to panic that we are in starvation mode and they hang onto the fat/weight. I was sleeved 10/3 and had a stall for abt a week. I kept tryn to add more water and one more protein shake. this helped. I've lost 20 pounds total from pre and post surgery!

8 more days of pre op! surgery in MX oct. 3. Im more worried abt traveling on the plane across the country with no food while dinner is served on board! Also, I love mexican food and ill miss out the nite before surgery!!

We share a surgery date! mine is oct. 3 as well, i am super excited and start protein diet on Sunday!
