I am in the process of deciding if Sleeve is the way I want to go. I am pretty sure but still have lots of questions. We have to attend a nutrition class and weight loss support group twice before we can have the surgery. During the nutrition class the lady was saying that we would not be able to eat soft white bread again and would only eat about 4-6 oz. Is that about right for a year out? I understand everyone is different, but just wondering. Its not that I want to be able to eat soft white bread, but mainly my question is regarding more of what all can you eat at a year out? Pretty much anything you wish just in smaller amounts I assume? And about how much are you eating? Also my second question is did you have to have a tummy tuck? Did you find anything that helped with the saggy/loose skin etc.
I am planning on contiuning to work out, but how long after surgery could you start working out again?
Another one, I have a younger daughter. When will I be able to lift her again? Or can expect to?
Thanks in advance I am sure I will have more questions later
