Feel Like It's Sunday Night, I'm 14 And Did Not Study For My Final Exam On Monday Morning....

My 3rd Nutritionist/Nurse Practitioner appt is Monday afternoon ( Aetna requires 4 visits over 90 days)... nutritionist said not worry if I don't lose weight but "just don't gain weight"!!

Well, guess what? Yep, I've gained like 3lbs or 4lbs. I am mortified and embarrassed and worried that Aetna will disqualify me. Anybody have Aetna and gained weight during the 90 day nutritional program?

To be honest, the whole thing seems ridiculous to me ... I mean, why does Aetna think I want 90% of my stomach removed? Yeah, yeah, I know....they want to test your commitment, etc. Please!!! If they read my history (which I typed up for them) they would see a lifetime of desperation and commitment....

Anybody else have Aetna ( or any insurance) and gained weight during the waiting period? What happened?

I'm so embarrassed I've thought about postponing the appt but I know it would be just set me back with Aetna. I want this surgery as soon as possible!

Thanks!

Dana

If you do a liquid diet starting now you can easily drop 5+ pounds by Monday.

Aetna is a hard nose insurance company. I hope you lose the weight by weigh in time. Correction you will lose the weight by weigh in time.

...also... fast before your appointment starting.the.night before. That'll help a lil to. Its so sad...I'm an expert on loosing weight right up until my appointment.
