I lost 12 lbs pre-op and 10 pounds the first 2 weeks after surgery.

Hi, tqmeri30, I'm 5' and my doctor's goal for me is 130 but my goal is 120. I weighed a bit more than you at 240 but hopefully we'll both reach 130 or even 120 for me.

I'm 3 weeks sleeved and curious what everyones weight loss was for the 1st few weeks.

Sleeved on 9/24, lost 20lbs since surgery date.

I was sleeved on 9/19 and lost 32lbs so far but have been at a stall for a few days

I was sleeved on Sept. 17th . I have lost 20 pounds total since preop/surg. - 10 pounds before and 10 pounds after... I went back and re-read my sleeve instructions. I realized I wasn't getting in enough Protein...optimally 60-70 gm of protein daily. Yesterday I made sure I adhered to the plan. The scale still hasn't moved. My nurse stressed the importance of 64 oz. of Water daily and the protein.

Today is a new day :)! I am pumped and dedicated to reach my goals.

I think the water may be my issue too.. yesterday I had only 30oz.. so that will be my goal for today too! Thank you!! I am ok with the protein.
