Dr.michael Baptista Memorial Hospital Jacksonville. Fl

He was awesome! The office staff was great and on their jobs to get me approved! I was sleeved Oct 5th. Dr.Baptista gave me his personal cell phone number and told my husband to call if he had any questions or if I had any problems. I am walking around doing great haven't had any pain medicine since I been home. Memorial hospital was awesome. Joni was my nurse both nights she was really nice and willing to help. Anyway she could. If they had to call Dr.Baptista he responded very quickly!!!! Much <3
