Tiny Bites Make Food Nasty

I find chewing chewing, chewing up the food into a spitty enzymesque paste is quite disgusting.

But since we have to do it, This whole thing must work. Who likes deacidisized vomit??

I never realized how much I use to just wolf my food down

Well....you can also think of how disgusting it was when we use to "wolf" down our grub!

I never understood when discussing tasting every bite. We had a discussion thin behaviorist telling us you dont taste every bite, you just subconciously eat. I NOW understand!!

I can tell you I TASTE EVERY BITE now!! It amazes me I how fast I did eat and still do If I dont pay attention!! Im sure my first fill will remind me to SLOW DOWN. Though I practice every meal

This is a GOOD thing. lol. Now maybe you'll lose interest and find something else more fun to do? I understand...

I find myself trying to keep up with the rest of the family. They're all fast eaters. It's weird to have to consciously think about chewing when you eat. We all know the agony of not chewing your food well enough. OUCH!!

I am just practicing chewing my food too, I am now on soft proteins only, and I agree, it loses it's flavor after the first 5 to 7 chews. Maybe now I'll learn to eat to live instead of living to eat.
