Designer Whey Chocolate W/ Banana

Like most everyone else, I've struggled with finding a Protein shake that I can tolerate. Well, I finally found one that I really like. And the plus is that it is really simple so I can easily make it right before leaving for work and drink it on my drive in.

Its the Designer whey chocolate Protein powder. I use one full scoop of powder, 1 cup of Skim Plus milk (has more protein than regular milk), and half a banana. I mix it all together with my Magic Bullet blender then serve it over ice. IMO, the Protein shakes are always better the colder they are.

Nutritional info:

30g protein

263 calories

33g carbs

2g fat

Just thought I would share for anyone else is struggling to find one they like. Just another option!

Yes absolutely! I did find Muscle Milk really tasty, but my nut said it's not the right blend of fat to protein. So I switched to Light Muscle Milk knowing that it still wasn't quite what the nut wanted. Then I had the added trouble of having terrible churning in my stomach whenever I had any of the light version of that protein. I'm back to square one again.
