10 Days Post Op And Did A 5K Race Yesterday!

I am only 10 days post op and have felt so good that I decided to join my group in our annual 5k race for the cure walk yesterday! I made it to the finish! Felt so good I had to share! Walking and plenty of water has been the best medicine for a speedy recovery! :)

wow! Do you mind my asking - were you in pretty good shape prior to surgery? (as in had a regular exercise routine?)

You are lucky that you did not injure yourself. Be careful.
