Lapbandtalk.com

Because of another thread, I ventured over to that site to do a little reading. Whoa do they look down on the sleeve. I realize they believe in the lap band, but they talk about the sleeve like it is the kiss of death, and the only reason anybody gets the sleeve is because they are too impatient to wait for the slower weight loss of the Lapland. Like slower weight loss is some kind of advantage. They also talk about how they are not willing to do something so drastic like cut out 85% of their "healthy" stomach. Personally I don't miss that 85%. I'm eating just fine, haven't been sick in the least.

Anyway, not to put them down, just thought it was such a different vibe.
