Are there any fellow maniacs here who have had the sleeve? What was the total cost of your surgery and how much did your co pay end up being? Did you have to pay up front? Or did your hospital have payment plans?

Hi! I am 3 days out and I have Empire Blue Cross, which I believe is the term for Blue Cross in NY. Anthem does sound alot more patriotic! More important, they paid for everything, minus my nutritionist, go figure!
