Getting Sleeved In India...and Im Freakin Out People

Hi all, yes you read correctly, I am a US gal currently in India for 2 years for hubbys job, and I am going to get sleeved here. Firstly let me say how CHEAP it is. Quality is excellent, I have found the best private clinic and feel comfortable and confident with the US surgeon who now lives here and does the procedure.

I am totally terrified....But I am also tired of not wanting to get out of bed everyday and look in the mirror. I am tired of failing myself everyday by overeating. Mostly I am tired of my daughter growing up and me not wanting to take any pictures with her.

I want to break free as Freddy Mercury says!!

Love the forum, please support me :)

Congrats! You'll do great. Just think of all the great Indian doctors we have here in the US!

I also got my done in India and I'm doing good

In freaking out too. I'm really afraid of complications, but the thought of an absolutely complication free and smooth sailing kind of recovery is just too beautiful. I'm so excited and nervous! Add to all thy nervousness, I'm going to mx for my surgery and I've never been on a plane. Ha! I have always said hat you'll never find me on a plane but I've decided this is worth it.
