  8. I have Cignas indemnity plan (international) which covers the procedure. They told me they want a 6 month record of a diet plan in compliance with a physician, do you submit a daily record or monthly record of the diet?

  11. I dont know which shakes your supposed to use or which Drs recommend, I have not been sleeved yet, but I have discovered these protein shakes a few years ago and they are delish! They are the Chocolite protein shakes by Healthsmart. Bariatric approved and sugar free, only 150 calories, 5g fiber and 24 grams of protein. Their protein bars are also yum. Anyone tried them? Now only if I can get them shipped to India lol
  12. Im teetering as well, Monday I have an appointment, this site is preparing me...but is it worth it? I want to lose about 50-60lbs...and keep it off...this looks my best option.

  14. please u guys tell me, truthfully is it worth it? Are u happy?
  15. Hi all, yes you read correctly, I am a US gal currently in India for 2 years for hubbys job, and I am going to get sleeved here. Firstly let me say how CHEAP it is. Quality is excellent, I have found the best private clinic and feel comfortable and confident with the US surgeon who now lives here and does the procedure. I am totally terrified....But I am also tired of not wanting to get out of bed everyday and look in the mirror. I am tired of failing myself everyday by overeating. Mostly I am tired of my daughter growing up and me not wanting to take any pictures with her. I want to break free as Freddy Mercury says!! Love the forum, please support me
