Something I Learned About My Eating Habits

Since the surgery, I noticed what my biggest problem was/ is with food... I eat too fast. I noticed I tend to do it more around my kids. I have my sister as support and today she was keeping an eye on me and was saying, "slow down , chew".

Even though I didn't eat a big amount , the fast eating is what is causing me discomfort.

I'm just happy I'm more aware now.

I think I need to start eating alone for the next few weeks. Just concentrate on slowing down and chewing.
