Hello all, My name is Raulena, and I am currently 11.5 weeks post surgery, total of 37 pounds lost since surgery, and 56 pounds total. I joined this forum with (to be honest) a little skeptial of an attitude. Just don't want to scare anyone

Welcome!!!! Congrats on the weight loss. This is a great forum that I used pre-surgery to get some good advice and encouragement. Overall there are a lot of great people here and it's great to encourage others as well.

Welcome, Raulena, It is great to have you here. I am only 5 days out from surgery and I love the fact that I can find so much info here for sleeve surgery. The sleeve is a bit differently than other WLS, so it is great to find a group of sleevers to communicate with. All of going through the same things and helping each other along the journey.

Welcome Raulena! I haven't been sleeved yet but I have found this site fabulous for easing concerns. It's imperitive to have a support group when you go through a major life change like this.....and this is a terrific place to start!!! Welcome.
