I am 6 days out and I have really bad diahrea.the only thing drink is water and clear protein shots but try to get all the water down possible.I am restricted to where I have to sip everything slowly.and answers about what is going on. Thanks Daniel

. They do show daily total if you are in the app home page, on the top you will see three tabs. Click in daily. There is a list or pie chart. The list shows total vs goal. The pie chart show percentage of fat, carb, protein.
