B12 Shots At Home

My surgeon to be, called and said my B12 was low and I needed to get monthly shots.

I am okay with self injecting, but wanted to know if others felt better afterwards. How long before you noticed a difference?

my Doc said shots were absorbed the best. My insurance won't pay for the shots. I may try walgreens at thier cost.

If that doesn't work try some of the weight loss doctors. Actually saw an ad on Groupon for a package deal.

I have a 4 dose bottle 1000, pharmacist gave me free needles, works better than my subligual ever did as I've an on going need from 7 years back.I will get nuropethy like symptoms with out. One shot, what a change, I only tried this post surgery and its worked wonderfully in comparison, I don't worry now about missing my daily any more and have better results with effectiveness.

Sometimes I'll notice later in the day, sometimes it'll take a day or two. It varies for me. Generally though, I always feel a "boost" from them.

I take a 1000 mcg of vitamin b12 sublingual and feel an effective boost in three to four hours after ingestion. Personally I do not prefer shots.

I take a b12 nasal spray I do once a week. I just wondered the difference between that, the sublingual, and the shot as far as energy goes? I can't tell if I get a shot of energy after or not?
