One Year Post Ops And Beyond: Post A Picture Of Your Average Size Portion Meal

I use to do this pre-op, and still do this but haven't in awhile. What I want to see is a picture of your portion size, whether its breakfast lunch or dinner. It may help others to visualize what amount of food they may be able to eat in the future. I'm asking for post ops at least a year out. So please include how far you are post op, and if you do weigh your meal include it. Thanks.
