Ive seen a lot of protein shake recipes with dry pudding mix. Does this have to be sugar free? I did not think about that when buying it and thats what i have been mixing my shakes with. Help please

I would assume you would want to use SF pudding mixes so you are not getting a lot of extra calories. I like sugar free pudding and would think it would work just as well as regular mixes.

I wouldn't say it "has to be" but you are getting calories and sugar you don't need.

Yeah i never even thought to look for sugar free...i hope they have the same flavors in sugar free lol im loving the white chocolate pudding mix with my chocolate protein mix...any suggestions on some good protein recipes for post-op?

I have been doing this and yes I did pick the sugar free pudding mixes. I suppose you could do it with the regular, but it would be higher calorie/sugar. It actually is pretty tasty and a good way to get in protein =)

Sugar free cheesecake pudding mixed with greek yogurt and/or protein powder. YUMMY!!!! You can even put a little soft fruit with it once you hit that stage.
