Anyone Have Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Texas.....

I am part way through this process but just got this overwhelming fear that it will never happen. Anyone get sleeved in Tx with BCBS? What was the process? My surgeon made it seem like I would be sleeved in September but now his office is saying something different. Thanks!

We used to have the same insurance, but switched to Aetna in 2011 because BCBS was playing games with one of our providers, and we did not want to have to pick a new doctor. If BCBS does give you problems, you might consider Aetna during Open Enrollment. We've been very happy with them, no runaround at all, on anything.

Boo to the game playing! Glad that you found someone that works with you better! For now I am stuck with what I got! :)
