Victory Hospital Houston?

Has anyone heard of Victory Hospital in Houston or any of the Victory Hospitals? I'm scheduled to have surgery there, and I've never heard of it. It's odd because Houston is home to the world renowned Texas Medical Center, and I'm having surgery at a hospital I've never even heard of. Please tell me someone knows something about this hospital.
