  • If its a time release, it will lose its intended effect. If you need to cut a pill in half, ask your doctor to switch you to a non-time release version of the pill.

It depends on the pill. Ask your pharmacist which can be broken in half.

You haven’t put any details but I would ask your doc or nurse if you can or not.

I am just starting my 11th week out and the only pill I am allowed to take is my folic acid pill that is this big o its a tiny fat pill and even then she told me if I feel pain twinges to stop taking them.

You need to get a crusher for pills your meant to take that they can’t give you in effervescent/dissolve on tongue/liquid form

If its not a time release - but check with your pharmacist.

Thanks it is a time release.

I have to crush my pills for 4 months.

Hopefully today I will have my meds ready in liquid form. Pricey!
