Frozen Yogurt

Okios individual "cup" of low fat plain Greek yogurt.

3 ounces if soy milk light (or skim, almond, whatever)

1 scoop of Protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, unflavored)

2 tbs of unsweetend cocoa powder.

2 tbs of sweetener.

1 cup of frozen strawberries.

Blend and eat. :)

I just bought 1/2 cup of Greek from the local yogurt shop-83 calories, 7 grams of protein! A little sour but I will try with fruit or some sugar-free syrup!
