  • First of all, congratulations! We share the same stats...exactly...except I am 52! I hope i am equally successful.

  • my boyfriends a personal trainer & bodybuilder. the trick is to focus on one body part at a time & throw in something minor like arms. when lifting weights, your body still burns fat up to 24

What are the symptoms of a leak

  • Author

i didnt have the average symptoms which is usually gas pain in left shoulder, fever, shivers, & basically flu like symptoms.

mine was, i threw up bile 2x in a 2wk period. i was sent in for a swallow test & life took an ugly turn from there.

i weighed myself yesterday & im still 173. seems like im not going to reach my goal. :(

You still could. You never know, and there's no reason to stop trying or beat yourself up. The more we lose, the longer it takes for those last pounds to come off. I hit a rough patch about halfway to goal and those last twenty pounds took me six whole months to shed.

I understand being disappointed in not meeting a goal, but the END goal is still to lose the weight, and you're doing that. So don't get hung up on dates on the calendar and forget to be proud of your accomplishments so far.
