Hi there, I have been lurking and reading posts for a couple of weeks, in preparation for making a final decision to have VSG. I am 43, mother of two, working full-time, BMI = 35, pre-diabetic. My current weight is 214, and this has varied up and down about 20 pounds over the past 4 years (since my son was born).
