64Oz. Of Water A Day

I am 9 days out and feel awesome. First of all I love the online chatting about our surgery issues, or even upcoming issues. This site has been a life saver to me. Thanks to all! Ok, so I drink about 2 1/2 bottles of water a day. I live in Stockton and it's pretty hot here. We're in the 100's, so most of the time I'm drinking alot at night. My question is: is it ok to drink at night.

As long as you're getting your fluids in I think you're OK drinking mostly at night. Everyone keeps different schedules after all.

Thanks Nate! I feel better about it now. I just went downstairs and got a new bottle. All smiles!
