Not Pregnant, But Have Morning Sickness, New Alarm Clock?

Three mornings in a row, exactly @540 am i wake up with a burning, almost hangover, rot gut, morning sickness feeling. No real regurge, no acid refux, just achy, burning, queasy in breat bone.

I get up, sip on warm decaf coffee with half and half, take my morning rx for acid and sit up. Takes two hours to relieve. Is it hunger, from laying in bed...common?

How long have you been sleeved?

Sounds like acid to me, even if you aren't having reflux.

If you're not on an acid reducer, I'd ask your surgeon for one and see if that helps things.

Im on an acid reducer, take it 30 minutes before breakfast, but I've been taking it at 540am the last three days, sleeved 8 days ago

Could also be dehydration. I experienced similar feelings when I woke up because I wasn't drinking while sleeping obviously. I can still wake up almost feeling hung over, and I know I need to drink some water. I leave a glass of water on my night stand and drink anytime I wake up in the middle of the night, and try and drink a lot before going to bed.

If I don't drink enough water before bed I wake up feeling Naesous and dry heave. Try keeping water by your bed and take some drinks if you get up in the middle of the night.
