I am scheduled for surgery 7/10/12. Starting my 2 week skim milk diet tomorrow! That is scary by itself! I go to the gym 5 days a week and I don't know how that will work withd type 2 diabetes? Anyone experience any problems with no Protein and still working out?

Doctor said surgery went well today now dealing with some pain and nausea. As a caregiver hard to see my friend suffer but know it will be worth it and life changing.
