I had lower back pain about that time. I also noticed that my posture was bad. I'm not sure what it is, but it might have something to do with weight re-distribution. I worked on my core trunk muscles and learned to sit straight.

My lower- mid lumbar has been very sore since surgery. I use ice packs on it a lot. My tailbone also hurts from sitting more than usual. I'm 11 days out and today is the first day I almost feel human. I also had to take a sock and cut the foot out and the top out and put e-ointment on my right elbow. It seems I used my right elbow to get out of bed and to prop while trying to twist to take care of personal business and I caused my elbow to be raw. My back is starting to feel a little better. I still have sharp pains in my left shoulder, though I walk a lot and take a lot of gas medication.

I've been having lower back pain as well. For me, it comes from walking. I'm big and I have a huge pannus and I think it's just pulling on my back.

I'm rather frustrated because I deserpately need to exercise, but virtually everytime I do I pull something. My second week I pulled my right groin muscle and right lower back. Once that was feeling better, I pulled something in my left lower back. And no, I'm not walking an excessive amount. I'm doing 10-15 minute walks.

I think I need to lose another 50 pounds and then I should be "small" enough to fit in the largest-sized compression garmets. Hopefully that will help me.

I got back pain and it turned out to be chest wall syndrome. Very painful but fixable.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
