7 Weeks Out - How Many Calories Do You Eat Each Day?

I'm 7 weeks out and my dietitian told me I should only be eating 600-800 calories per day? Plus the 60-80 grams of protein. How many calories are you eating per day? I logged about 900 today and I'm eating healthy and getting 70 grams or protein.

So how is your weight loss? Those numbers are inline with what I was instructed to do. How much fluid do you get in a day? I use my fitness pal and am eating anywhere from 600-830 a day with 40 or 50 oz of water and anywhere from 70-90 grams of protein. My weight loss is slow and steady (now).

I'm a major water person so I get about 72 or more ounces of water a day. I've lost 35 pounds but 10 of it was before surgery. I just joined a female fitness club and that seems to help with my hunger. Looks like you are doing great! Congratulations on your weight loss! My weight loss is slow too but I'm okay with that, as long as it stays off!!
