Take the cup u drink out of then fill it up with ice then fill that cup 3/4 with skim milk and add a half packet of sugar free Jello pudding (I like cheesecake, or butterscotch) with one scoop vanilla Protein Powder and blend. If its too thick add more skim milk. If you want it sweeter Then add some Torani sf vanilla Syrup. It's really tasty.

Ok, so I've never tried this with Protein powder, but if you try it, let me know how it tastes lol:

1 palmful of grapes fresh or pre frozen for a thicker smoothie(126g)

1/2 cup of coconut Water (remove this of you want to make an acai bowl)

1/2 brick of acai roots pure unsweetened acai purée (buy at whole foods or health food type stores)

1 scoop or strawberry Protein Powder

Good luck!

the ONLY way I can drink my shake is with ice in a blender so it makes a milkshake. if I try to mix it with a blenderball I gag. luckily I am on 1 shake per day now (morning) and my magc bullet is packed when I am on business trips. good luck

If you have a chocolate shake, try it with some PB2 mixed in to make it chocolate Peanut Butter. Also, have you tried the nectar Double Stuffed Cookie Protein? I highly recommend getting a few samples - in the blender with some ice it is just like a milkshake.

Add one banana, some strawberries or kiwi. Frozen berries/peaches are also good to change up the flavor.

The double stuffed cookie sounded so good I just went and bought a 10 packet sample pack of nectar that includes it, lol!

I like combining plain greek yogurt, fruit (banana, mango, strawberry, blueberry, etc.), a splash of vanilla extract, scoop of Protein and skim milk to thin it out. I've noticed if I combine the first three ingredients in blender then mix protein and milk by hand I don't get the mountain of froth. Also, they are kind high in sugar, but I love these ensure clear blueberry pom drinks...I don't always want my protein in milkshake form.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
