Some Days Easier To Eat Then Others

Im currently attempting to have the same thing(chicken and butternut squash) I had for dinner last night for lunch. Im finding it harder to stomach. Anyone else have this issue? Its super frustrating

Oh, I think my sleeve is bi-polar. Nay-Nay, as I call her, mood swings fast enough to give you whip lash. Not only does she change her mind from meal to meal, but sometimes right in the middle of a bite. I will have to spit it out or throw up.

Yep, that happens to me ALL the time. The same meal that once went down easy does not go down so easy as leftovers or just when I make it again later. Sometimes dinner meals are easier, sometimes lunch meals are easier. I even posted about this the other night when I was worried I was eating too easily, then BAM the restriction came right back.

This was more of a problem in the first 4-8 weeks after surgery, it does get a little better. The stomach is still healing a bit even 3-6 months out. Until then, just let it be.
