So last night I went to a concert. I can slowly feel my self-esteem growing as my weight goes down. For so long I hated going out and hated taking pictures. My weight loss is slow but I am feeling great. Joined the Y and I'm loving exercising, water Zumba is definitely my favorite!!! Anyway yesterday went to shop at Marshalls to buy a dress for the concert and I didn't have to shop in the plus sizes. I am so happy because my discount stores such as Marshall and TJ Maxx have horrible choices in plus size. I brought my dress in the regular section and it's a large. It's funny because I continued to pick out really large clothes to try on and they were too big. When I did try on smaller sizes I almost fainted because they fit. So to all my sleeve people the scale may move slow but it doesn't always mean you aren't getting smaller and toned.
I love my sleeve!!!
