Anyone with Sept 11 as their banding date?

I hate the date but it will be memoriaable that is for sure!! I am trying to cut my carbs to lose 10 or so pounds before this. I bought the new scales yesterday and am going to really try. My Dr said it would be helpful as 10 pounds at least shrinks the other organs that are in the way!!

I am getting excited/nervous about this. I love this website. so much great stuff. Some is scary, (PB sliming etc..) I will take good with bad and I think the end result of most of you is you do not regret the band!!!

My first fill is 10/25 also. Am a bit nervous, and wondering what to expect. Wishing I could have that morning cup of coffee. Do you know if anyone drinks coffee after being banded?

I drink coffee every morning. I have not had any problems with it at all. I was told that coffee was fine to drink, the caffeine was not a problem, it is just what you put in it. I was a huge latte drinker, I now use soy milk or fat free milk and sugar free syrups or splenda. You should be able to drink it just fine though. Godd luck! ;)

P.S. I also know quite a few people who add coffee to their protein shake and have that for breakfast every morning. You could try that and see if it works for you! ;)
