Do You Mix Your Unjury And Chike Samples With 8 Or 16 Ozs Of Water?

Just wanted to get an opinion on how much water I should add to the sample packs...its says 8oz but the paper that was included with the Unjury samples says you can add 16 ozs..which one tasted better for you?

Sometimes the samples are half servings, so you add less water. I've never used more than 8oz of water in any protein drink, no matter which brand.

Thanks for the recommendation! Since I need 64 oz after surgery, am trying to make 32 ozs at a time...but ill just make them in smaller portions!!!

I always mix mine with more liquid than it suggests because it's too strong for me otherwise!

I was wondering about that...8 oz seems very strong. I am try it at 8, and if not, ill add more water!
