Bowel Movement

Just want to warn before hand it might be a little gross, but I need to know if this ok, for the past three days I have been going to the bathroom twice a day having a very loose and watery stool. All I have been having is crystal light energy water, jello and broth. Should I be worried of the frequency since I am eating so little or is this normal? Thanks for everyone who answers

Your bowel movements are normal for post op. I am 2 weeks post op and still have the watery/sawdust like poops. My dr. Said that until I start eating more solid I would have those types of stools. And

"Never trust your farts" reminds me of the motto of one of my favorite Mexican restaurants which was "Every farts a gamble". LOL

Everything you're eating is a liquid, and liquids just don't stick around that long.

Well, mine kinda did, but I was never an "every day" type of girl, anyway.

Rejoice in your frequent BMs. I finally had one last week after over 2 weeks of nothing. You so don't want to be there...

I know this sounds nieve, and I don't know why I didn't think About it before but my surgeon everytime he would see me he would ask " have you had a bowel movement" my answer was no. I was sleeved on May 1st so I'm 6 days out. I didn't have one til I got home. And omg it has been water ever since. Even on the 2 two week liquid diet prior it was not like this. Imsure. I'm just adjusting to my new stomach. Maybe it cease when I'm able to introduce more solid foods. But I must say this is the part of the surgery and after that no one tells you about, or even prepares u for.
