HI post-opers. I am 23 days out. I will be picking up my 15 day per-op diet. What should I stock my house with for after the surgery? My wife has to work, so I will be alone during the work week.
Secondly, I would like to hear the ideal diet plans of what you eat to lose over 100-150 pounds for a busy person. I know a bunch of people who have had gastric bypass, but some have not lost more than 50-80 pounds or they lost a ton of weight and gained it back. I am not looking to be Al Rocker. I want to lose my weight and keep it off! Otherwise, Atkins has been my Yo-yo. Basically, how can I follow a fool proof plan to being successful for life. My life is busy and I forget to eat Breakfast and sometimes, lunch and then I am starving and i eat the world. Plus, I am a closet fast food car eater. So I have some adjusting, but I have to change. I just wish there was a fool proof plan for a busy person.
Thirdly, how much time should I take off of work? I can make my schedule, so I sit behind a desk all day, instead of training. Thanks for all your help. I really need some guidance.
