i got word from my doc saying 1 protein shake per meal and unlimited clear liquids ...other than water what else is considered clear ..i heard jello?

Medically speaking clear liquids are exactly that ............. anything that is clear (meaning you can see through it) and is liquid or will become liquid when melted.

Jell-o but not pudding, Popcicles but not the fruit bars or ice cream bars, You get the idea.
