Speaking Of Protein...

I need 8 more oz of protein for the day and so far I've only been able to eat 3... I don't think I'm gonna make it and my surgeon was adament today about making sure I get my fluids and proteins in... Grrr!

Just make sure that you find a protein drink that you enjoy. It's sooooo important. I personally enjoy Premier Chocolate. They also have vanilla are ready to drink. You can find them at Sams and CostCo. If your using powder, try using skim milk instead of water. How this helps!

Egg whites are the purest form of protein. One egg white has 6 grams of protein. You can eat an egg white an hour and get all your protein in and it will not hurt you, slow your weight loss down or knock you off track. There's no carbs or fat or sugar in egg whites.
