Scheduled To Be Sleeved On May 16Th!

Well today I received my surgery date. I had the choice between May 9th and May 16th, and decided to go with May 16th just because it worked around my schedule! So May 16th it is! I am soo excited and terrified at the same time! I don’t know which way to go, or what I need to do first to be prepared for the big day. My surgeon's office is requiring me to use Optifast for my two week diet, which will begin on May 2nd! I am looking forward to the new HEALTHY me! :)

    Start my pre op on the 3rd, don't know exactly what I'll be doing, but of what I'm reading protien shakes maybe?? How about yourself?

    Mayda, my surgeon is requiring that I take opti-fast! Its a mixture of protein shakes and soups. I hope they taste decent or I will be starving for the entire 2 weeks! :unsure:
