Dry Heaves And Waking Up In Sweat

I was sleeved 4/10 and I thought I was feeling a lot better. Yesterday I got out of the house and ran errands. Felt good, slept 8 hours and felt like crap today. Barely sipping and dry heaves. Can't get my energy up. Today is one week, don't know if I need additional vitamin or something. Anyone have this? Protein first then water? I dry heave and I feel like I am back on day 4....

hi smilebig

you are still early out in the game. take it easy and rest. first off drink is more important than trying to get in your Protein. water/any liquids - also popsicle. you must stay hydrated.

the rest will come, the protein et. al

Dry heaves are obviously no fun - hopefully with all this liquid that will go away, the dry heaves.

don't know about the Vitamins. maybe your NUT can help you with that.

Get rest, take it easy - one week out, give it time, and you'll be enjoying your sleeve more and more

best

I'm still preop, but I speak from personal experience with past surgeries. You're doing too much too soon! Try and take it slowly do you don't overdo it. I've been there, you will heal.

Did you remember to take bottles of water while you were runnin around must always be sipping may have gotten a little dehydrated. My Dr. gave me prescriptions before surgery for for pain pills n nausea did your Doc? maybe one would help. Don't think I would try any vitamins they are hard on stomach might need to do clear liq. today though n see how tomorrow feels. Hope you feel better soon!
