You'll be fine. Stick to the diet for the rest of the week. I had pizza a week before surgery as my last meal :-/. So as long as you stay on track from now till Friday you'll be ok. Congrats on your u

I agree. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just stick to the remainder of your diet. You will be fine. I ate a burrito the end of my first week. It was probably out of my system by the next day.
I've been on the pre-op diet since last Tuesday. Mine is only Protein shakes as meals & Clear liquids in between. Ive lost 13 lbs so far. I've been doing well but today I caved and ate a piece of chicken breast. I've seen that others are allowed to eat chicken & veggies. Today is Monday and my surgery is Friday.
Advice: Should I call my surgeon's office & tell them? I think the chicken would be out of my stomach by Friday so I don't know what type of danger it would cause. Advice, please! :-)
